All prices are starting prices. Final price depends upon property condition and scope of work.

4. Optional Add-On Services

Additional services may include: refrigerator cleaning, oven cleaning, cabinet cleaning, interior windows, baseboards, blinds, laundry/linen service, garage cleaning, pet-hair removal, additional bathrooms, excessive buildup, heavy-duty cleaning, trash/debris removal, and other specialty services. Additional charges will be disclosed to and approved by the customer before the additional work is performed whenever reasonably possible.

5. $100 Scheduling Deposit

A $100 scheduling deposit is required to reserve the customer's appointment. The $100 deposit will be applied toward the customer's final invoice.

Cancellation Policy

• Customers must provide at least 3 DAYS' notice of cancellation or rescheduling.
• Cancellation with 3+ days' notice: deposit may be refunded or transferred to a rescheduled appointment, subject to the agreement.
• Cancellation with LESS THAN 3 days' notice: the $100 deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE and is forfeited, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
• Failure to provide access to the property at the scheduled time may be treated as a late cancellation.

6. Payment

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the remaining balance is due upon completion of the cleaning service. The $100 deposit may be paid by credit card, Cash App, Zelle, or cash (a receipt is provided for cash payments). The remaining balance may be paid by credit card, Cash App, or Zelle only — cash is not accepted for balances. Any returned payment, chargeback or disputed payment that is determined to be unauthorized may result in suspension of future services and pursuit of lawful remedies.

6A. Commercial & Recurring Accounts (Grocery Stores, Gas Stations, Offices, etc.)

Business clients on a recurring schedule (daily, weekly, biweekly, or monthly) are billed by monthly invoice.

• Invoices are sent at the end of each service month and payment is due within 15 days (Net-15) unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• The $100 scheduling deposit applies to first-time one-time services; established recurring commercial accounts are exempt from per-visit deposits once this agreement is signed.
• To pause or cancel recurring service, the client must give at least 7 days' written notice (text or email).
• The 3-day cancellation rule applies to each scheduled visit: cancel a visit with less than 3 days' notice and that visit is billed in full.
• If an invoice goes more than 30 days unpaid, Lions Den Cleaning Service LLC may pause services until the balance is paid.

7. Customer Access

The customer agrees to provide Lions Den Cleaning Service LLC with safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled appointment time. If the cleaning crew cannot access the property because of locked doors, unavailable keys, incorrect access codes, security systems, blocked entrances, or customer failure to provide access, the appointment may be considered a cancellation/no-show subject to the cancellation policy.

8. Condition of Property

The customer understands that certain conditions may require additional time and/or charges, including: excessive dirt or buildup, excessive trash, animal waste, hazardous materials, excessive mold, bodily fluids, infestations, biohazards, hoarding conditions, heavy grease, severe stains, unsafe working conditions. Lions Den Cleaning Service LLC reserves the right to decline or stop work when conditions present a reasonable safety risk.

9. Environmentally Conscious Cleaning Products

Lions Den Cleaning Service LLC strives to use environmentally conscious cleaning products whenever practical and appropriate for the surface being cleaned. Products may include plant-based cleaners, biodegradable cleaning products, low-odor products, environmentally conscious disinfecting products, reusable microfiber cleaning materials, and reusable cleaning equipment. Customers may request specific products or advise Lions Den Cleaning Service LLC of known allergies or sensitivities before service.

10. Valuables & Personal Property

Customers should secure cash, jewelry, firearms, important documents, prescription medications and other valuables before cleaning. Lions Den Cleaning Service LLC is not responsible for loss of unsecured valuables.

11. Pre-Existing Damage

Lions Den Cleaning Service LLC is not responsible for damage that existed before the cleaning service began (scratches, broken fixtures, damaged flooring, cracked glass, damaged furniture, etc.). Photographs may be taken before or during service when necessary to document existing conditions.

12. Pets

Customers must disclose aggressive or potentially dangerous animals before service. Lions Den Cleaning Service LLC may require animals to be secured in another area during cleaning.

13. Customer Satisfaction

If the customer believes a specific area included in the agreed scope of work was not adequately cleaned, the customer should contact Lions Den Cleaning Service LLC within 24 hours of completion. The company may offer a reasonable re-cleaning of the affected area when appropriate.

14. Changes to Services

Any services outside the original agreed scope may result in additional charges, discussed and approved by the customer before the work is performed where reasonably possible.

15. Recurring Customer Discounts

Weekly: up to 10% discount. Biweekly: up to 8% discount. Monthly: up to 5% discount. Multiple properties and recurring commercial accounts: custom pricing/discounts. Referral promotions may be offered periodically.

16. Breach of Agreement

A material breach may include failure to pay, materially false information, unauthorized payment reversals, intentional damage to company property, threatening behavior, or material violation of service terms. Lions Den Cleaning Service LLC may suspend or terminate services and pursue remedies available under applicable California law.

17. Entire Agreement

This document, together with any written estimate, invoice, service description or written modification signed or approved by both parties, represents the agreement between the customer and Lions Den Cleaning Service LLC. Any modification should be documented in writing.

18. Customer Approval

By signing below, the customer confirms that they have reviewed the services, pricing, deposit requirements, cancellation policy and other terms of this agreement.
